Rupert is a 2 year old neutered male dashchund (weiner dog). He weighs in at about 5 pounds. He is registered with the city and has his shots. He is a sweet little dog, love walks, car rides, sun bathing. playing fetch and even snuggling up for the night. He fits in well with women, children, and cats. **He appears to be affraid of men.** He barks at my husband upon arrival and feels uneasy.
